Recent Victories for Our Clients

Sometimes, with the hectic life of being a courtroom attorney, I don't get a ton of time to post some of the great results we've been getting for our clients.  But I thought I'd take the time to describe some of our recent victories.  In the last week, we were able to get a DUI case dismissed in Visalia, California based upon delay in the prosecution of the case.  In addition, we were able to save the license for a client of ours on a DUI case, based upon the calibration records running high and a rising blood alcohol defense.  In that case, we were also able to get the DA to reduce the charge from a DUI.  We were also able to get a client's strike conviction dismissed and save him from doing a 10-year prison term, instead, he will be receiving no jail time and a felony probation term.  In a separate case in the Fresno Superior Court, we were able to get a DUI reduced from a .16 blood alcohol level down to "wet reckless driving."
